Mr. Nishihara started his new position as of May 16, 2024. He obtained his MBA from William Jessup University in Rocklin and holds a Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) certification from the National Recreation and Parks Association. Denis started with the District as the Administrative Manager overseeing finances, human resources, and office management.
His experience in the field of recreation and public service spans over 20 years, encompassing parks and recreation operations, project management and recreational programming.
Mr. Nishihara is a single dad who enjoys spending quality time with his 4 amazing children, La'a Kea, Analia, Kalena and Alana.
